Write A Letter To Your Aunt Telling Her About Your School
Dear Auntie,
How are you? I hope this letter finds you well.
I’m doing well in school. We have a lot of homework and tests. I am learning a lot about computers and how they work.
I miss you very much and can’t wait to see you when I visit home for Christmas break!
Dear Aunt [recipient’s name],
I hope you’re doing well! I haven’t heard from you in a while, so I thought I’d write to tell you about what’s going on in my life.
Things have been great here at [school name]. The weather is starting to warm up and everyone has been on spring break this week, so we’ve had a lot of time to relax and enjoy the sun. It’s been wonderful. We’ve also just started our new classes for summer term, which are all really interesting.
I’m taking a class on ancient civilizations this summer, which has been fascinating. We’re learning about how different cultures used different materials to make their tools and other things like that—it’s amazing how much our ancestors were able to accomplish with such limited resources!
Anyway, I don’t know if you can read this letter yourself or not, but either way it was nice writing it out loud! I hope all is well with you and your family; I’ll be sure to keep you updated as things progress here at school!
Dear Auntie [your name],
I’m writing to you because I want to tell you about my first week at school. It was a great experience and I learned a lot of new things.
I met many new friends and they were very nice to me. I am happy that the teachers are so friendly and kind. They always help us when we need it. The school is really big and beautiful! We spend most of our time in the classrooms but there are other areas for us to study, play games or hang out with our friends.
The cafeteria has lots of different kinds of food from around the world: Chinese, Japanese, American… there are also some foods from our country like rice cakes with peanut butter or grilled meatballs on top of spaghetti noodles – it’s delicious!
There are many activities that we do after school: playing sports like basketball or volleyball; playing video games; making crafts like origami paper cranes; watching movies together; singing songs together… etc… It’s amazing how much fun we have together every day!
Dear Auntie [recipient’s name],
I hope you are doing well!
I am doing great and I have been learning a lot. I am having fun in my classes and making new friends here at college. My teachers are nice, and I like the subjects we’re learning about.
My favorite class is English because we get to read books and write essays about them. My favorite book so far is The Odyssey because it’s about a hero who goes on an epic journey to save his family from their enemies. I think this story would be fun to make into a movie!
I’m also doing well academically: I’ve made A’s in all of my classes so far, which is good because if you don’t make A’s here, they kick you out of school! It’s really important to keep up with your grades because if you don’t do well enough on tests or quizzes, they take points off your final grade for each class. That doesn’t sound too bad until you realize that means if you get fewer than 4 points off your final grade for any class (out of 100), then that counts as an F for that semester. So far, I haven’t gotten any Fs yet! That’s great news because…
Dear Auntie,
I’m writing to you today because I know you’ll be so excited to hear about what’s been happening at school.
First of all, I wanted to let you know that my grades have been excellent. I’ve gotten straight A’s in all of my classes, and my teachers love me! I don’t know how they could not—I’m so smart!
I also wanted to tell you about something else that has been happening at school: I met a new friend named [name]. She is so nice! We get along really well. We hang out together after class and talk about all sorts of things like boys and movies. It’s really fun!
Anyway, I hope this letter finds you well and happy! Please give my love to Uncle [uncle name] and tell him how much I miss him too (even though he’s just across town).
Dear Auntie,
How are you doing? I hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing to tell you about my school. I am in my third year of college, and so far it has been great. The campus is beautiful, and the people here are really friendly. I am enjoying my classes, especially English literature and history. I love reading books and learning about all the different cultures that have come before us. I also enjoy traveling around the world, which is something I do a lot of with my friends on weekends when we don’t have class.
I miss seeing you often, but now we can talk on Skype every night! Let’s talk soon!
Dear Aunt T,
How are you? It’s been a while since I last wrote you. I hope you’re doing well!
I’m sorry it’s taken me so long to write, but I’ve been really busy lately. I started my senior year at school and it’s been a lot of fun so far! I’m taking a few extra classes this semester that should help me get into college.
I’m also on the student council—it’s nice to be able to help out the school in some way. There are lots of clubs and activities available here, and it’s fun to be able to try out new things!
I’ll write again soon—but for now, just wanted to say hello!
Dear Aunt T,
I hope you’re doing well! I thought I’d write to you and tell you about my school, since we haven’t talked in a while.
I’ve been going to [school name] for the past two years and it’s been amazing! I’ve learned so much and met all these great people. One of my favorite classes is [class name], which is all about [subject]. The teacher is super awesome, and she’s really helped me learn more about the subject than I ever thought possible.
I also have an awesome roommate named [name], who lives in the same building as me. She’s from Germany, but she speaks English really well! We’re always hanging out together and having fun together—she’s one of my best friends here at school.
It’s so much fun being at this school because there are so many different types of people here who come from all over the world. Everyone is super nice too—if you need help with anything or just want someone to talk to, everyone will be there for you!
Dear Aunt,
I hope you are doing well. It’s been a while since I heard from you, but I know that you are busy with your job at the hospital. This semester is going really well, and I am really enjoying my classes.
My favorite class so far has been [class name]. It’s a great way to learn about how to manage stress in our lives, as well as how to work with other people when we get stressed out!
In this class, we learned how to use different breathing exercises when we get upset about something that happened at work or school. It was very helpful for me because some of my co-workers were being rude during the last meeting we had with them. We also learned some different ways of communicating with people who are difficult for us to work with—we can’t just tell them what we need from them! Another thing that was helpful for me was learning how to set boundaries with people who won’t respect it if you don’t set boundaries up front.
It’s important not only for me but also for everyone else around me that they know what they’re doing wrong so they can fix it before it gets worse than it already is!
Dear Auntie,
I am so glad you asked me to write you a letter. I have been thinking of you, and I miss you.
School is going well. I have been working hard on my homework and in class. I have been getting good grades, too!
My friends are very nice to me. They help me with my homework sometimes, too!
They like to play games after school sometimes, too!
I have made new friends this year and we play together a lot now. They are very nice and they make me laugh a lot!
I hope that everything is going well for you at home as well as here in school. Please write back soon so that I can hear from you again soon! Love always, [your name].
Dear Auntie,
How are you doing? I hope that you are doing well.
I am writing this letter to inform you of my school’s progress. My school is doing very well. We have been working hard on our projects and we hope to get better grades this time. We have also been working on our behavior in class so that we can be more respectful towards our teachers and other students.
We have started learning about animals, their habitats and how they live in their natural environments. We have also learned about plants and aquatic life in the ocean. This has been very interesting for me because I love learning about animals and trying to understand how they live. It is amazing how much there is still left for us humans to discover about nature!
I hope that this letter finds you well and happy.
Dear Aunt,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry that we haven’t been in touch for a long time. I’m sure you have been missing me.
My school is going well, and I have made some new friends. The teachers are friendly and helpful, and the classes are interesting. The lessons are easy to understand, so I’m learning fast.
We have a lot of different activities in our school: sports competitions, dances and parties. The students are friendly with each other; they help each other when they need it.
We also have some problems: there is too much homework sometimes; some students don’t pay attention during lessons; there are always some bad boys who disturb others during their classes or breaks; sometimes there are fights between students and teachers; many students don’t like to study at home because they think it’s boring or difficult… But overall, my school is good!
Dear Aunt,
I hope this letter finds you well! I’ve been so busy with schoolwork that I haven’t had a chance to write. I’m sorry.
I am currently taking classes in English, math and science. I am struggling a little bit with the English class because it’s very difficult for me to understand the teacher’s accent when she speaks. Also, we have to do a lot of writing assignments which take up a lot of time.
In math class, we’re learning about fractions. It’s pretty easy for me so far but some of my classmates are having trouble with it. They say they don’t understand how to do it correctly but I think if they just pay attention in class and don’t waste their time on other things like Facebook or Instagram then they’ll be fine!
The best part about my classes is science because I love science so much! My favorite subject is chemistry because we get to do experiments and learn about atoms and molecules and all kinds of cool stuff like that!
I hope this letter finds you well! Remember to write back soon if possible!
