Letter To Bank Manager For Bank Statement

I recently mailed a letter to the Manager of my bank, asking for a bank statement. It was all in good humor, and I examined the amount of my request in relation to my bank statement from last year. Here, I give you an example of what a letter to your bank manager for bank statement should look like.

Hello,
I’m writing to you because I received a bank statement that is inaccurate.
Specifically, the amount of money I have in my account is less than what it should be. In fact, I have no idea where the discrepancy is coming from—I’ve not made any large purchases or withdrawals recently.
Can you please help me get to the bottom of this?

Dear [Bank Manager],
I’m writing to ask for a copy of my bank statement. It’s been over a week since I requested it, and I haven’t heard back from you yet. I know that you’re busy, but this is important for me to have access to.
I just want to make sure that everything is in order with my account, and that there are no irregularities or strange transactions. I’m not accusing anyone of anything—I just want to be able to see what’s going on with my own money.
If you could send me the statement as soon as possible, that would be great!
Dear Bank Manager,
I am writing to you as our family’s financial advisor. I am reaching out because we have had issues with our bank account for some time now. The last couple of months we have been having trouble with the funds being deposited into our account.
The first issue that we saw was that the funds were not being credited to our account in a timely manner. We would expect them to be there within a day or two after the check was deposited, but it took up to two weeks before they would show up on our statement. I called customer service and they were able to help me get the funds transferred over from their offsite location, but this took about four days before they showed up on our statement.
The second issue was that one of our checks went missing after it had been deposited into our account. When I called customer service again, they told me that they would look into it and get back to me as soon as possible. They did not call me back when they said they would and so I called again later in the week only to discover that nothing had been done about this matter yet! This was very frustrating because now we have no idea where this check went or what happened between the time when it was deposited.
Thank you for your time and consideration!
My appreciation and best regards, [your name].

Dear Bank Manager,
I have been a customer of your bank for [number] years now and have always appreciated your business. I am writing to you because I have a request that I would like to make of you. I am currently in a very difficult situation financially, and I need to ask for your help.
I ask that you allow me to take out an additional loan of $[amount]. This loan will be used to pay off some bills that are due at the end of this month. The amount will be paid back within two weeks after it is received into my account.

Again, please consider my request and let me know if you can help me out with this matter as soon as possible so that we can get things back on track with my finances again once everything settles down again too! Dear [name],
I am writing to request a copy of my bank statement. I have been out of town for the last few weeks and would like to check my account balance, but I don’t have access to my statements at this time. Dear Sir,
I am writing to ask you for a copy of my bank statement. I have been waiting for over two weeks, and still have not received it. Please let me know when I can expect to receive it.
Thank you very much!
Dear Mr. Manager,
I am writing to you today because I want to know what happened to the $500 that was in my account on [date]. I was under the impression that it was there, but when I checked my account today it was gone. I would like an explanation as to where it went and when it will be returned to my account. Please contact me as soon as possible so that we can resolve this matter quickly.
Dear Bank Manager,
I am writing to you regarding my bank statement. I noticed that there was a charge on it for $5.99 that I did not authorize. This is the second time this has happened, and I would like to know what is going on.
The first time this happened, I called your customer service line and spoke with [name] who told me that it was probably just a mistake. However, it’s happened again and this time the charge is for $5.99 instead of $4.99 so there’s obviously a pattern here. The amount seems arbitrary, but it does seem like someone is trying to steal from me or something like that.
I would appreciate if you could investigate this matter and get back to me as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue before it becomes much worse than it already is!
